LadduGopal Mart: Shipping, Returns, and Legal Policy

1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.

• Shipping Charges: We provide Free Delivery on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below this amount, a standard flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
• Processing & Transit Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location within India. We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.
• Order Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID. You can monitor your shipment via our Track Your Order page.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available pan-India. A maximum order limit may apply for COD purchases.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer an Easy 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery for eligible items. To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, the following conditions must be met:

• Condition of the Item: Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Missing Accessories/Packaging: If an item is returned missing its original box, accessories, or tags, the return request will be rejected.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, visit your Account dashboard or contact Customer Service. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.

3. Non-Returnable Products

In line with industry standards to maintain hygiene and safety, certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless delivered in a damaged or defective condition. These include:

• Items explicitly marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page.
• Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., personal care, baby products, certain wearables) if the seal is broken or tampered with.
• Customized or personalized goods.
• Free gifts or promotional items provided with the main order.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a package that is physically damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: For high-value items, glassware, or electronics, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video. This serves as critical evidence for rapid resolution of missing item or transit damage claims.
• Without sufficient evidence of damage upon arrival, LadduGopal Mart reserves the right to decline the replacement or refund request.

5. Fraud Prevention & Account Monitoring

To protect the integrity of our platform and our genuine customers, LadduGopal Mart employs strict monitoring of purchasing behavior. Legal and administrative actions will be taken against the following fraudulent activities:

• Fake COD Orders: Repeatedly placing Cash on Delivery orders and refusing to accept them at the time of delivery.
• Return Fraud: Returning used, tampered, counterfeit, or entirely different products in place of the original item.
• False Claims: Filing fraudulent claims of "Item not received," "Empty Box," or "Missing Accessories."

Consequences of Fraud: LadduGopal Mart reserves the right to permanently terminate user accounts, blacklist delivery addresses, withhold pending refunds, and initiate civil or criminal legal proceedings under applicable Indian penal laws to recover any operational or financial losses.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms, policies, and all transactions conducted on LadduGopal Mart shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, products purchased, or these policies shall be strictly subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Palwal, Haryana, India.
